Halloumi Cheese Sheep and Goat’s

Goat & Sheep milk Halloumi is a Cypriot cheese which has been produced on our island for centuries.
It is made of a mixture of goat and sheep milk and it can be fried, barbecued, grilled, mixed in a salad or an omelet, or even grated on pasta.
It can be combined with various cold meats and fruit such as lountza and watermelon.

Ingredients: Blend of Sheep and Goat`s, milk, Salt, Rennet (non animal), mint.
