Traditional Halloumi Cheese is a Cypriot cheese which is produced on the island for centuries,
from a mixture of cow and goat milk. It can be fried, barbecued, grilled, mixed in a salad or an omelet,
grated on pasta, and combined with many meats and fruits.

Ingredients: Blend of Cow, Sheep and Goat’s milk, Salt, Rennet (non-animal), mint
